What kind of shipping options do you provide?

You can choose ‘Delivery’ or ‘Pickup at 7-Eleven Convenience Store (Hong Kong Only)’.

Delivery

① After you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, there will be a pop-up form, and please select ‘Delivery 送貨’.

② On the Checkout page, please fill in your shipping address and legal name in English and a valid mobile phone number. We will choose which carrier will deliver your order, so please do not use the address of a particular carrier’s local facility.

③ Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your shipping details. We will let you know once it has been shipped. 

Pickup at 7-Eleven Convenience Store (Hong Kong Only)

① After you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, there will be a pop-up form, and please select ‘Pickup at 7-Eleven Convenience Store (Hong Kong Only) 7-11 便利店自取(僅限香港)’. Please also select your Pickup Location. Currently, we provide 15 pickup locations.

② On the Checkout page, please type in 'Pickup' for the fields 'Address 1' and 'City'.

③ Fill in the fields 'First Name', 'Last Name', and 'Phone Number'. To ensure successful delivery, please provide your legal name in English and a valid mobile phone number.

④ Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your shipping details. We will let you know once it has been shipped, and ready for pickup. Please note that a redelivery fee may be charged if the order is not picked up before the pickup expiry date.


When will my order arrive?

After your order is confirmed, we will ship within 7 business days thereafter. We will let you know once it has been shipped. Once your item has been shipped it will normally be delivered within the time listed below.

  • Australia: 4-10 business days

  • Canada: 4-14 business days

  • Hong Kong: 7-10 business days

  • Japan: 7-10 business days

  • Malaysia: 8-11 business days

  • New Zealand: 4-10 business days

  • Singapore: 8-10 business days

Due to the current COVID-19 situation globally, the number of flights into certain countries has been reduced and orders may be delayed. We are constantly reviewing our estimated delivery times but in some instances, parcels may be delivered later than originally advised. We are sorry in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.


Will my order be tracked?

We currently provide tracking for a few countries. Once your order has shipped we will email you your tracking information within 4 business days. This will include your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.


Which payment types do you accept?

We accept PayPal. You can also use credit or debit cards by choosing ‘Pay with a Card’ at the PayPal page.


Do prices include tax?

Please note you are responsible for any local taxes and shipping. Any applicable local sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes will depend on the tax that applies to your delivery location and any changes will be displayed in the checkout.


How can I exchange for defective items?

If you believe that your item is defective, please send your email to store@lamyikfei.com giving details of your order. If it is determined that the item is defective and you are eligible to exchange your item, please follow our instructions and send back your item within 14 days of the date you receive the item.
